Charts

Every data source in TotalKPI is visualized with an interactive line chart directly on its card.

Reading Charts

Each source card displays a line and area chart showing your data over time:

• The X-axis shows dates, with labels at the start, end, and key midpoints.
• The Y-axis scales automatically to fit your data range.
• The line color matches the source's assigned color.

Interacting with Charts

• Hover over the chart to see a crosshair and tooltip showing the exact date and value at that point.
• Tooltips display the date formatted as d MMM yyyy (e.g. "15 Jan 2024") alongside the formatted value.

Source Card Metrics

Above each chart, the card displays the latest value in large text - the most recent data point formatted with its unit. This gives you an at-a-glance view of where your metric currently stands.

Below the chart, you'll see the total number of data points stored for that source.
